最近健康运不是很好，先是病毒性感冒，接着就是牙痛。

上次感冒去了次医院，ER里面简单诊断了一下，配了药，一看账单，居然要USD 600+…… 太恐怖了，还好是保险公司付的钱。

这次去牙医那里看了看牙齿，给我配了点抗生素和止痛药，还不知道要多少钱，回头还要去拔智齿，费用还不是全额报销的，想想就可怕。

话说，这边的止痛药真是无比强劲啊，吃了之后感觉身处在另一个世界里，说话声音都不一样，虽然反应变慢，有点瞌睡，但是思路奇快，感觉很舒服，最重要的是，牙齿真的就不痛了……可能House大叔磕了vicodin也是个类似的感觉……

 

话说，停了一个月之后，下周四Grey's Anatomy就要放S05E20了。网上查了一下，据说新一集很震撼，忍不住要剧透了：

04/13 - When Anatomy finally comes back April 23 - shock of shocks - George gets a storyline. 还记得第四季那个很赞的心理医生吗？就是Meredith老想寻死之后帮她做心理治疗的那个。没错就是她！这次她要帮Owen解决Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)了。

 

外爆八卦一则：

我在这边的英文老师也是个GA迷，每次上课前都要跟我八卦GA的剧情。上次她跟我说：

她前一天在Pike Place Market吃饭的时候，居然看见了George O'mally。她就上去搭讪，问人家are you T.R. Knight? 结果人家就说是的，然后指着旁边一个男的说，this is my boyfriend. 然后英文老师用手机拍了合影，要了签名，据说George很和善的样子。啧啧。

 

如是我闻。 

试验了好多次，每次做出来的牛排味道都很腥，一直找不到有效的去腥办法，今天上网查了一番之后终于试验成功了。

配料：我用的是T bone steak，大概2厘米厚。盐，黑胡椒（我没有黑胡椒，用白胡椒粉代替的），牛奶，油，生姜一片。

先在碗里倒点鲜牛奶，差不多能淹没牛排就可以了，洒点盐，我放的比较多，大概半调羹的样子。牛排两面抹上胡椒粉后浸到牛奶里，放冰箱里腌半小时。

腌好之后，平底锅里少许放点油，放一片生姜，开大火，热锅之后，把牛排从牛奶里撩出来，放进油锅，应该能听见呲呲的声音。煎一分钟后，翻一面，过半分钟，开小火。传说中这样就能把肉汁锁住了。然后就用小火慢慢煎，两面各两三分钟就差不多了。出锅之前再撒点胡椒粉，用调羹涂抹均匀，就可以了。

不过今天我煎的牛排有点焦了，下次下锅前可以涂点生粉，据说可以让牛排嫩一些。
